We are looking for an employee for our Facility & Office area at our headquarter in Vienna.

- As part of the Business Partner team, you will work with colleagues from various domains (Finance, People, IT, Brand), act as an interface and provide on-site support in our Vienna office

- In our other office locations (Berlin and Munich) assistants are available to support you in your area of responsibility
Your tasks and responsibilities in your role as Operations Manager:
- Office development and defect rectification: Improving the office infrastructure and supporting the set-up of new offices. You will identify and rectify defects independently and seek support from external service providers or property management in the event of major problems.
- Office access management: Managing access to our office locations.
- Office materials and supplies: Ensuring the availability and management of office materials, drinks and sanitary products.
- Labor law requirements: Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining and updating the relevant documentation.
- Travel processes and administration: Management and optimization of our internal travel booking system as well as responsibility for travel and travel expense processes.
- Mobility package and company cars: Management of the mobility package and administration of the pool vehicles to ensure efficient use and availability.
- Process pioneer: You are the internal navigation system and the architect of our processes. Together we make our processes more efficient and smarter.
Your compensation and benefits:
- Monthly gross salary of EUR 2.800,- depending on experience and qualification
- Yearly salary increase - because we value your development

Job requirements
Requirements for a good fit:
- Education: Completed technical or commercial training
- Professional experience: First experience in facility management is required
- Additional expectations: Good MS Office skills, communication skills, structured, conscientious and proactive way of working and enjoy working in a digital environment
- Language skills: Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, at least at B2 level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages**
