Application Process

Overview of the application process

1. Apply directly to the job you are interested in via the job (“apply now” button). Fill out the respective form, upload your CV together with your highest educational certificate and optional relevant certificates (e.g. letter of recommendation). After applying you will receive a confirmation mail that your application has been successful. 

2. If we see a good fit, we’ll get back to you to arrange a first phone call or video interview. 

3. At the first interview, you will learn more about accilium and the position in question. And of course, we would also like to get to know you better. Right after the interview, we will kindly ask you to take our accilium test, which is a 30 minutes mathematical logical reasoning test. 

4.If the first interview and your test results amaze us, you will be invited to a second one in which you will solve a case study depending on the position. 

Tips for your successful application process at accilium:

1. Write a short and effective CV

Your application should be focused and precise. Please include your personal contact information: full name, cell phone, and email address. Add relevant education and skills, as well as your previous work experience with the specific activities. We also encourage you to add any other personal or professional experience that is related to our focus sectors, no matter if it was international, local, or volunteer work.

2. In the interview, convince us why we are a good match and share your motivation and values.

Show us through examples how you can apply your experience, skills, and knowledge from your studies, previous employment, internships, or projects to the position. Explain why you are qualified for the role and why you are the best candidate.

A personal touch gives us a better impression of you as a person, so share what is important to you in your work life and what accilium needs to contribute for you to flourish and develop.

3. During the application process, feel free to ask as many questions as you want regarding the position you are interested in, for example, duties, how a typical day would look like, workload, traveling, etc. This way you can get an accurate understanding of the job.

Flexible working

Home Office Policy

At accilium we currently work 50% of the working time from home and 50% from the office.

We are divided into 2 groups (Team: EVEN and Team: ODD). If you are in team EVEN, you go to the office on even calendar days and on odd calendar days you can work from home and vice versa.

With our "Flexible Working app" (self development) you can easily plan all "home office days" in advance, so that the team spirit does not suffer. After all, personal interaction is a must, and it is very important to us.
