Your activities and responsibilities in the role of Recruiting Specialist:

  • Recruitment process: Managing the recruitment process and finding the best talent (from a variety of sources)

  • Recruitment strategies: developing and implementing recruitment strategies (using your creativity and strategic thinking)

  • Team building: Building a diverse and inclusive team (that reflects accilium's values)

  • accilium positioning: Positioning the accilium brand and yourself (as the go-to place for the best and brightest minds in the market)

  • accilium mission: driving the accilium mission (by making a real impact and becoming part of a team focused on the mission to revolutionize the mobility industry)


Your compensation and benefits:

  • Monthly gross salary of EUR 3.550,- depending on experience and qualification

  • Yearly salary increase - because we value your development

Job requirements

Requirements for a good fit:

  • Studies: Completed degree (Bachelor/Master, in the field of Human Resources, or a related field of advantage)

  • Work experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or HR

  • Additional expectation: Proven success in recruitment strategies and knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level)*
