Your Day-to-Day as a Senior Consultant
You will continue to develop your skills through the following responsibilities:
Team Support: Lead teams in (sub-)projects and foster active knowledge sharing—by supporting colleagues with challenges and delegating work packages effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional exchanges and information formats (workshops, meetings) for our clients.
Conceptual Work: Develop and implement solution approaches for top-tier clients, agile organizations, and emerging businesses.
Data Analysis: Conduct effective data collection—from defining data structures to interpretation, visualization, communication, and deriving actionable insights.
Active Role in the Company: In addition to client projects, contribute to internal initiatives such as communities and support business development activities.
What Makes a Great Fit
Education: A completed university degree—we believe it strengthens your critical thinking skills.
Growth Mindset: Driven by curiosity, motivated to learn every day, and willing to go the extra mile during intensive project phases.
Experience: 2–3 years (or 3–4 years with a bachelor’s degree) of full-time experience in management consulting.
Industry Interest: Curious about the automotive sector, with technical understanding and enthusiasm for topics in engineering, manufacturing, and production.
Language Skills: Excellent German and English (at least C1 level).*
Willingness to Travel: 1–3 days per week within the DACH region.
Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation abilities, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and solid project management knowledge.

Compensation:
Monthly gross salary of EUR 5,850 (all-in, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications
