In your role, you’ll actively accompany and shape accilium’s growth journey from our Vienna office and across our locations. You’ll help further develop our HR structures across sites and play a key role in shaping accilium’s future.

Your Tasks

  • Recruiting & Candidate Experience

    • Manage the full application process and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience - from first touchpoint to final offer.

    • Support our active sourcing efforts by identifying and approaching promising talent.

  • Learning & Employee Development

    • Shape the future of our learning landscape by developing modern internal training formats.

    • Bring your ideas to our learning initiatives and help foster continuous development across the company.

  • People & Culture Projects

    • Support the Head of People in ongoing projects and help improve our internal processes.

    • Contribute to the further development of People structures and bring in your own ideas for optimization.

Job requirements

What you Should Bring

  • Education: A completed university degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification

  • Professional Experience: You have already gained initial work experience in the HR field (1–2 years in an HR environment) or bring relevant practical experience from internships or working student positions.

  • Hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, initiative, sense of responsibility, and interest in HR strategies, tools, and digital processes.

  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English (at least C1 level).*
