Junior Brand & Digital Marketing Associate (f/m/x)

  • On-site
    • Vienna, Wien, Austria
  • Business Partner: Operational level

Job description

accilium is a strategy and management consultancy shaping the future of mobility and energy. We work hand in hand with leading clients from Automotive & Transport, Energy & Environment, and Public & Infrastructure – leveraging digital transformation to guide established companies into the future and helping young businesses establish themselves in the market.

Since 2017, we have grown to over 110 employees across eight locations – Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Stuttgart, Cologne, Hamburg, Bucharest, and Warsaw. We are proud to have been ranked among the Top Ten in the brandeins/Statista list of "Best Management Consultants" for the fifth consecutive year. Since 2025 we are also part of the Hidden Champions of Consulting.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Brand & Digital Marketing Associate who wants to grow into a strong creative and digital professional. Someone with ambition, visual talent, and the curiosity to explore what's next in AI-driven marketing.

Content Creation & Graphic Design

This is where you'll spend most of your time. You'll create visual content that represents accilium's brand across channels – from social media to events to internal communications. This includes designing social cards, LinkedIn carousels, and event visuals, contributing to team photoshoots and video editing.

Project Support & Events

You'll be the operational backbone of our brand activities. This means preparing and coordinating internal and external events including briefings, schedules, and post-event coverage, supporting press work, award submissions, and speaker management, and managing campaign timelines and deliverables.

AI-Driven Branding & Digital Marketing

accilium is actively transforming its marketing and branding toward AI-driven and agentic approaches. You'll be part of that journey – exploring and applying AI tools for content creation, design, and campaign management, contributing to the development of agentic workflows in branding and digital marketing.

Job requirements

What You Should Bring

A basic understanding of marketing, media, and digital communication helps, as does initial experience in social media, university projects, or small client work. You'll need a structured and solution-oriented mindset, excellent German and English skills, and ideally basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools. An interest in AI and how it's changing creative and marketing work will set you apart.

Why This Role – and Why accilium

You'll work directly in a place where someone invests in your growth, gives you honest feedback, and helps you build real skills.

A culture built on learning: At accilium, learning is part of how we work. You'll benefit from a buddy program and structured onboarding, professional training and best-practice sharing, semi-annual performance reviews and regular management 1:1s, and direct access to leadership with a genuine open-door culture.

  • Monthly gross salary of € 2,500, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Performance based annual salary increase process and performance-based bonus
