Junior Brand Associate (f/m/x) - Corporate Communications Track

Your responsibilities

• Campaigns from concept to go‑live (LinkedIn, performance marketing, social, OOH).

• Content and editorial (company page, personal branding).

• Brand design (key visuals, templates, CI evolution).

• Analytics and reporting (LinkedIn Insights, GA4, funnel tracking).

• AI transformation of the brand domain (full access to AI tools and conceptual contribution to the transformation).

• Event management (schubert.talks, reTreat, 10-year anniversary 2027).

Your development in this role

• Months 1-3: Structured onboarding with a buddy, weekly mentoring (2h/week) with the Head of Brand, and your first LinkedIn posts going live.

• Months 4-12: Take ownership of your own areas (e.g. social & PR), deploy your own AI agent in a productive environment, and step into a speaker role in at least one internal format.

• Months 13-36: Full ownership and strategic development across key areas (performance, content, events, AI).

SALARY

• Full‑time monthly gross salary starting at €2.500 (14 salaries per year), depending on your experience and qualifications. This is not an all-in contract.

What makes a great fit

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: You have completed your degree or are about to graduate (e.g. marketing, communications, media, business administration, journalism, or a related field).

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience, ideally through internships, working student roles, or personal projects.

• Tools: Ideally basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools.

• Languages: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).*
