In your role, you’ll actively accompany and shape accilium’s growth journey from our Vienna office and across our locations. You’ll help further develop our HR structures across sites and play a key role in shaping accilium’s future.

Your Tasks

• Recruiting: Create job ads, coordinate the entire application process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Learning: Actively contribute to the development of our internal training offerings and create learning formats that ensure the development of our employees.

• Processes & Projects: Help shape the evolution of our structures, contribute to HR projects, and actively develop HR processes.

• Active Sourcing: Identify suitable talent and support the development of our internal sourcing strategy.

• Monthly gross salary starting at €2,800 (full-time, all-in), depending on experience and qualifications.

What you Should Bring

• Education: A completed university degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification

• Professional Experience: You have already gained initial work experience in the HR field (1–2 years in an HR environment) or bring relevant practical experience from internships or working student positions.

• Hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, initiative, sense of responsibility, and interest in HR strategies, tools, and digital processes.

• Language Skills: Excellent German and English (at least C1 level).*
