You will support our team professionally and enrich our Business Partner team with your personality. Together with the Director Finance, you will shape internal processes and develop optimization strategies.


Your tasks and responsibilities in your role as Finance Assistant:

  • You will help to automate all our financial and group accounting processes through continuous development.
  • You want to be responsible for the entire contact-to-cash process step by step, from the start of the project to billing and posting to our internal accounting.
  • You will be involved in the preparation of financial reports by monitoring cost areas, evaluating analyses and supporting monthly KPI reporting.
  • You will act as an interface to our payroll accounting and manage time recording, vacation and sick leave.
  • You would like to gradually take over responsibility for our monthly accounting.

Your compensation and benefits:

  • Monthly gross salary of EUR 2.650,- depending on experience and qualification

Job requirements

Requirements for a good fit:

  • Studies: Commercial academy degree or a relevant bachelor's degree 
  • Work experience: First experience/internship of advantage
  • Skills: Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), quick comprehension
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level)*
  • Accounting systems: Initial experience of advantage, but not necessary
