Senior Consultant (f/m/x) Logistics & Digital Supply Chain

Translated into the core tasks of the position, this means the following for you:

• Conceptual Work: Generating and implementing solution approaches.
• Data Analytics: Conducting effective data collection (from defining the data structure, interpretation and visualization to communication and drawing conclusions).
• Presentation and Moderation: Presenting to and moderating groups, as well as delivering keynotes or pitches (through the preparation of comprehensible materials, methods adapted to the target audience and platform, and authentic presentation).
• Analysis and Problem Solving: Analyzing multi-stage logistics processes, identifying digitization potentials, and developing solutions (customized and innovative).
• Customer Support: Accompanying our clients through complex technology implementations (e.g. AI solutions).
• Team Support: Leading teams in (sub)projects and actively sharing experiences (to assist with problem-solving and by delegating task packages to team members).
• Active Role in the company: Simultaneously handling topics (this includes both client projects, internal matters, as well as support in business development).

• Monthly gross salary of EUR 5.850 on a full-time basis (all-in) depending on experience and qualification

Requirements for a perfect fit:

• Studies: Completed degree, as we believe that studies support your critical thinking skills
• Work experience: 2 years (or 3 years with Bachelor degree) of professional experience in management consulting
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level)*
• Willingness to travel: 1-3 days/week, DACH region
• Skills: Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as interpersonal and problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of project management
