To design and guide these transformation journeys for our clients, we are looking for an Intern (m/f/x) with a focus on Organizational Development and Change Management

Your Tasks

In your role as an intern, you will contribute to our work in the following areas: 

  • Organizational Development: Design and implement strategies that strengthen structures, processes, and cultures – enabling sustainable transformation for our clients 

  • Vision & Strategic Alignment: Support organizations in developing or realigning their vision, mission, and strategic goals to create a clear strategic direction and cultural alignment 

  • Capability Management: Develop and enhance the capabilities required within departments, including prioritization and structural design, to strengthen agility, efficiency, and implementation capacity 

  • Change Strategy: Develop and execute change strategies tailored to business goals, organizational maturity, and stakeholder needs 

  • Digital Transformation Support: Guide digitalization initiatives by linking technology introduction with organizational change and employee empowerment 

  • Strategy Workshops with Executives: Facilitate leadership workshops to align strategic priorities, define joint measures, and strengthen collaboration across leadership teams 

  • Collaboration Model Development: Design and implement modern collaboration models that promote new ways of working and foster high-performing team structures 

  • Conflict Resolution & Mediation: Provide structured support in conflict situations to rebuild trust, strengthen team dynamics, and promote a healthy, resilient work environment 

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize workflows to prepare organizations for new technologies, structures, and ways of working 

  • Transformation Architecture: Create clear and engaging change roadmaps, communication concepts, and stakeholder engagement plans 

  • Consulting Excellence: Work across multiple topics – from client delivery to internal development and business growth – and help shape our consulting approach to organizational development 

 

What We Offer 

  • Monthly gross salary: Depending if mandatory internship or voluntary EUR 1,100.00 / EUR 2,000.00 (all-in, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications

Job requirements

Requirements for a good fit: 

  • Studies: Current studies (either bachelor or master degree), preferably in the area of business administration, psychology, organizational development or similar 

  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level) as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages*
