You will help lay the foundation of accilium in Romania while taking ownership of client challenges from day one. Expect diverse digitalization projects, an open team culture, and transparent career progression - your performance drives your next step toward Senior Consultant/Associate Manager.
Your responsibilities as a (Senior) Management/Business Consultant
Business & Industry Research:
Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies.
Problem Structuring & Hypothesis Development:
Break down complex client challenges into manageable components.
Develop and test hypotheses to address clients’ most pressing business problems.
Conceptual Framework Application:
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and consulting frameworks to bring clarity and actionable insights to engagements.
Translate abstract concepts into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate hypotheses and support recommendations.
Synthesize findings into clear, compelling narratives for client presentations.
Client Interaction & Delivery:
Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
Collaboration & Knowledge Building:
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership initiatives.
Job requirements
What makes you a great fit
Education: A completed university degree, as we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically.
Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years (Consultant) or 3–4 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in management/business consulting.
Language Skills: Excellent English skills (at least C1 level); German will be considered a plus.*
Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel within the DACH region, depending on project needs.
