Together with your project team, you’ll take on responsibility for our clients’ challenges from day one at our Bucharest location. You’ll work in a structured way and, after some time in management/strategy consulting, always have a solution-oriented approach ready. 
 

 

Your Responsibilities as a (Senior) Consultant 

  • Problem Solving: Creatively and independently solve problems (through your own research and, if needed, by consulting your network of contacts and colleagues) 

  • Data Analytics: Conduct data collection (from gathering, analyzing, structuring, visualizing to communicating and selecting appropriate tools) 

  • Presentation & Facilitation: Present to and facilitate groups (by preparing clear materials, using methods tailored to the audience and platform, and demonstrating authentic presence and body language) 

  • Project Management: Apply project management methods (understand and structure content and relationships within a project context) 


What Makes a Good Fit 

  • Education: Completed university degree, as we believe it supports critical thinking skills 

  • Experience: You can look back at a minimum of 1-2 years (Consultant) / 3-4 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in management consulting, market research, digital transformation projects or business consulting, preferably in the automotive, energy or public sector. 

  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills (at least C1 level)*, German would be a plus 

  • Willingness to Travel: 1–2 days/month within the DACH region
