You will help lay the foundation of accilium in Romania while taking ownership of client challenges from day one. Expect diverse digitalization projects, an open team culture, and transparent career progression - your performance drives your next step toward Senior Consultant/Associate Manager.
Your responsibilities as a (Senior) Management/Business Consultant
Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle complex challenges independently and collaboratively, leveraging research, data, and your professional network.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and visualize data to deliver actionable insights. Prepare consolidated reports and dashboards for management to support informed decision-making.
Presentation & Facilitation: Design and deliver clear, impactful presentations. Facilitate structured communication between project teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Project & Change Management: Apply proven project management methods to structure content and relationships. Drive change initiatives by preparing and aligning new process designs and facilitating communication during updates.
Stakeholder Coordination: Synchronize communication channels across group-wide stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
Knowledge Management: Create and maintain centralized documentation sources (e.g., Confluence) to ensure easy access to critical information and processes.

Education: A completed university degree, as we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically.
Professional Experience: Internship or Working Student experience in consulting and relevant industries during studying time
Ambition and Growth Mindset: Willingness to challenge yourself everyday and go the extra mile in a highly-competitive environment
Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).*
Willingness to Travel: 1–2 days per month within the DACH region.
