As an IT & Digital Transformation Associate, you combine technical problem-solving with consulting and stakeholder management.

You will help design and implement digital solutions, optimize business processes, and act as a trusted partner for both internal teams and selected client engagements. Working with modern cloud technologies, automation platforms, and AI tools, you will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on implementation and collaborating with people to drive change.

Your responsibilities

Digital Solutions & Automation

• Develop and improve cloud-based business applications using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.

• Design and implement automations, workflows, and integrations that increase efficiency and transparency.

• Support the evaluation and deployment of AI-enabled solutions and digital tools.

• Contribute to the continuous development of accilium's digital workplace and IT landscape.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Gather requirements through workshops and discussions with business stakeholders.

• Translate business challenges into technical and process-based solutions.

• Present concepts, prototypes, and implementation approaches in a clear and structured manner.

• Support consulting projects by identifying digitalization and automation opportunities for clients.

Process Transformation

• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.

• Support organizational adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

• Document and standardize best practices for future projects.

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders across multiple initiatives.

• Coordinate implementation activities and contribute to successful project outcomes.

• Balance technical execution with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

• Full‑time monthly gross salary starting at € 3.000-, depending on your experience and qualifications.

What makes a great fit

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field – we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically.

• Experience: Initial professional experience, internships, or project work in IT, digital transformation, consulting, or process management.

• Tools & Skills: Understanding of system integrations, workflows, and process automation & Experience with Microsoft365 is a strong advantage.

• Languages: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).*
