Manager (f/m/x) Integrated Mobility

Your tasks and responsibilities in your role as Manager:

• Leading projects in the context of integrated mobility for businesses and the public sector
• Development and implementation of strategies
• Conducting studies in the context of mobility transformation
• Business Development: Support in business development activities (through the further expansion of our services for integrated mobility)
• Benchmarking evaluations, market entry analyses
• Project Management: Independent project management (including internal personnel planning and task delegation considering individual and collective goals)
• Expansion of accilium service portfolio: Identification of new thematic areas and network building (through active market presence with corresponding content)

• Monthly gross salary of EUR 8.333,- depending on experience and qualification

Requirements for a good fit:

• Studies: Completed degree
• Work experience: min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting and/or several years of relevant professional experience in the Integrated Mobility sector
• Additional expectation: Leadership experience and experience in project/client acquisition as well as a network in the Mobility field
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages**
• Willingness to travel (1-3 days/week, DACH region)
