What can you expect as an IT Operations Associate:

As part of the Business Partner Team, you will work in an enabling center. You will be responsible for shaping the digitization of a wide range of processes and helping to build efficient process and IT landscapes.

Expectations for you:

  • You want to deal with the question of how to work even more efficiently and smartly in a completely digitized company
  • You show interest in our cloud-based system world (Microsoft365, Zoho Suite, …)


Your tasks and responsibilities in your role as IT Operations Associate:

  • IT system world: Further development of the entirely cloud-based IT system world, taking into account existing operations and processes (through your professional know-how and together with your colleagues)
  • IT processes: Joint responsibility for these with the Business Partner Team (both HW/SW procurement as well as certifications and internal process digitization using Microsoft365)
  • accilium processes: Ongoing design of processes within accilium (based on digitization approaches and by participating in the sustainable rollout of these across all sites)


Your compensation and benefits

  • Monthly gross salary of EUR 3.000,- depending on experience and qualification

Job requirements

Requirements for a good fit:

  • Education: Completed education (at least high school level)
  • Work experience: Internships with contact points in device management or low coding will be of advantage
  • Ideally interested in one of the following topics: Cloud-based IT system environments, development of apps and interfaces (Knowledge of PowerAutomate, PowerApps and PowerBi is an advantage)
  • A structured and transparent way of working
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level)*
