Job description

› As part of our Business Partner Team (Finance, People Operations, IT, Marketing) you are the internal hub where all administrative tasks converge

› You are Master of Office Management and make sure that guests feel comfortable with us

› In the Finance section you prepare the necessary documents for the monthly accounting

› In the area of People Operations you support the recruiting in applicant handling

› You take over the travel management for the whole team


› Completed commercial training (at least at Matura/Abitur level)

› At least two years of work experience in the assistance field (ideally)

› Excellent MS Office skills

› Communication skills

› Excellent of German and English

› Structured, conscientious and proactive approach

› Sunny being with interest in the digital working world

What we offer
In addition to flexible working hours and a modern office in the heart of Berlin, we offer an annual gross salary of EUR 37.200,- on a full-time basis
