Automakers struggle to keep pace with the speed of change and are investing massively in their transformation towards a systems engineering based product development.

Your tasks

› You develop strategies to implement systems engineering based on project requirements to support our clients in optimally shaping their transformation

› You design and optimize processes to deal with new technologies and optimize existing workflows

› You develop systems engineering artifacts for our customers and take care of project reporting

› You support the systems engineering initiatives in design as well as on conceptual level and are strongly involved in implementation

› You are responsible for (sub-)projects and take on first leadership tasks

› You proactively participate in proposal development processes, making a significant contribution to our business development initiatives

› You start to drive internal activities regarding company building in order to develop accilium collaboratively and continuously

Requirements

What you bring to the team

› At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or several years of relevant experience in the field of systems engineering (preferably practical use)

› Master’s degree (technical or economic background desired) or Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years work experience in Management Consulting

› Systems Engineering certification (SE-ZERT Level C or INCOSE Level A)

› Firm analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset

› The desire to constantly learn new things

› High interest in the mobility sector (automotive, energy and public sector)

› Excellent command of German and English (at least C1 level)
› Currently there are hardly any travel activities (once a month), as we are working remotely with most of our customers*

What we offer

We offer an annual gross salary ranging from EUR 64.800 – 88.000,- depending on experience and qualification on a full-time basis. Additionally, we offer a performance-oriented bonus up to one monthly gross salary. Needless to say, you will receive an iPhone & MS Surface on day 1, will work in a fully-fledged digitalized company, take part in our yearly retreat, multiple internal company events as well as industry events. Furthermore, our fridges are always filled with cool beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for you to grab.
