› As one of our Manager you will generate leads, manage business development and pitch use cases in the energy sector

› You develop our service portfolio for the energy sector, set up accounts and/or business areas and ensure a sustainable growth of      accilium.

› You take over the management of consulting projects and pursuits and pitch accilium's innovative solutions to different stakeholders in    the energy sector

› As a part of accilium’s management team you actively help to shape our culture and team

› Master's degree (energy, economic or technical background welcome)

› At least 4 years relevant work experience in consulting or multi-year relevant industry experience with consulting background

› Profound knowledge on energy topics

› Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

› Experience in project acquisition as well as a network in the field of energy

› Excellent command of German and English (at least C1 level)

› Willingness to travel (3-4 days per week)
