Your daily life as a Consultant

On the way to your successful career, you must first learn the basics. At accilium we believe that these are:

• Stakeholder management: You coordinate and moderate interdepartmental exchange and information formats with the management
• Project management: You orchestrate workshops and meeting rounds while ensuring proper documentation, using accurate methods adapted to the target group
• Process optimization: You optimize conceptual business processes in both multinational OEMs and agile organizations
• Data analytics: You conduct data surveys. This process is ranging from selecting the right tool to communicating the results

Your compensation and benefits

• Monthly gross salary of EUR 4.650,- on a full-time basis (all-in) depending on experience and qualification
• 30 vacation days
• Yearly salary increase
• Choose your annual performance-bonus: 1 gross monthly salary or 10 extra vacation days

• Participate in external trainings as well as internal knowledge sharings (biweekly)

Requirements for a perfect fit:

• Studies: Completed degree, as we believe that studies support your critical thinking skills
• Work experience: Ideally you have collected first experience in consulting, the automotive, public or energy sector, but it is not a must-have requirement
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level)*
• Willingness to travel: 1-3 days/week, DACH region
• Skills: Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
