The complexity of products within the automotive industry is increasing in an unprecedented way. Electrification, autonomous driving, software on wheels,… to name a few buzz words.

Automakers struggle to keep pace with the speed of change and are investing massively in their transformation towards a systems engineering-based product development.

Your tasks

› As part of accilium's management team, you will not only actively contribute to our company growth, but also drive the transformation towards systems engineering at our clients

› Many of our projects in the automotive industry are directly or indirectly linked to systems engineering. With the rapidly increasing product, complexity systems engineering is the way to go for automakers to stay successful and relevant

› You act as a sparring partner at top management and executive-level and help the decision-makers in the automotive industry to achieve sustainable change

› As a manager, you actively drive business development efforts, generate leads, lead sales pursuits, and pitch to our customers

› accilium internally you take over (if required) the management and further development of complete business units/ domains, together with our business partners

Requirements

What you bring to the team

› Completed studies (technical, economic or IT background desired)

› At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or several years of relevant experience in the field of systems engineering (preferably practical use)

› Systems engineering certification (SE-ZERT Level B or INCOSE Level C)

› Leadership experience paired with an entrepreneurial mindset

› Experience in project / customer acquisition as well as a network in the automotive industry

› High interest in the mobility sector (automotive, energy and public sector)

› Excellent command of German and English (at least C1 level)

› Currently there are hardly any travel activities (once a month), as we are working remotely with most of our customers*

What we offer

We offer an annual gross salary ranging from EUR 90.000 – 95.000,- depending on experience and qualification on a full-time basis. Additionally, we offer a performance-oriented bonus between EUR 5.000 – 25.000,-. Needless to say, you will receive an iPhone & MS Surface on day 1, will work in a fully-fledged digitalized company, take part in our yearly retreat, multiple internal company events as well as industry events. Most importantly, when you work from the office, our fridges are always filled with cool beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for you to grab.
