Here it goes:
› As part of accilium's management team, you will not only actively contribute to shaping our company culture, but also drive culture and change sustainably in your role on our projects

› Each of our projects has a significant change component; whether in the automotive industry, the energy sector, or the public sector, they all have one thing in common, people. Employees who not only understand and support the major projects of digital transformation but above all have to implement them. In order to best shape this implementation, you will lead these change initiatives (change and communication) for our customers, design them conceptually and implement them together with your team

› You act as a sparring partner at top management and executive-level and help the decision-makers in the mobility sector to achieve sustainable change (e.g. by supporting these decision-makers in rethinking the topic of leadership)

› As a manager, you actively drive business development efforts, generate leads, lead sales pursuits, and pitch to our customers

› accilium internally you take over (if required) the management and further development of complete business units/ domains, together with our business partners

Requirements

What you bring to the team

› Completed studies (technical, economic or IT background desired)

› At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or several years of relevant experience in the areas of change and organizational development

› Leadership experience paired with an entrepreneurial mindset

› Experience in project / customer acquisition as well as a network in the mobility sector (automotive, energy or public sector)

› Interest in the mobility sector

› Excellent command of German and English (at least C1 level)

› Willingness to travel (3-4 days per week)*

What we offer

We offer an annual gross salary ranging from EUR 90.000 – 95.000,- depending on experience and qualification on a full-time basis. Additionally, we offer a performance-oriented bonus between EUR 5.000 – 25.000,-. Needless to say, you will receive an iPhone & MS Surface on day 1, will work in a fully-fledged digitalized company, take part in our yearly retreat, multiple internal company events as well as industry events. Most importantly, when you work from the office on your dedicated office day (due to covid), our fridges are always filled with cool beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for you to grab.
