Your tasks

›  You love to develop new digital business models and strategies to help our clients increase revenues and market share

›  You design and optimize processes to deal with new technologies and optimize existing workflows

›  You analyze mobility business requirements, devise and drive transformation towards new mobility solutions

›  You are interested in designing customer journeys to help our clients improve their user’s experience across all channels

›  You are keen on analyzing complex datasets, build enterprise/ business intelligence-tools and guide our client’s implementation

›  You help us develop business cases to accelerate decision making at our clients

›  You manage cultural challenges and drive transformation while building bridges between different industries as well as corporates and startups

›  You build, coach and lead project teams (based on experience)


What you bring to the team

›  Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (technical and IT background welcome)

›  Relevant work experience (consulting, automotive, public or energy industry preferred) for the role as Senior

›  Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and English

›  Firm analytical and problem solving skills

›  Drive to continuous learning

›  Relevant work experience for a Senior Associate role

›  Passion for one of our focus industries and topics

›  Entrepreneurial mindset

›  You should be comfortable traveling 3-4 days a week

Moreover, we offer an annual gross salary starting from EUR 44.100.- (Associate) resp. EUR 70.000,- (Senior Associate) depending on experience and qualifications with an annual, performance-oriented salary increase.
